TConsole is an Attendant Console solution developed by Telenia Software, and installed on PC can emulate the telephone terminal features used from an operator.
The attendant console installed on PC offers the following benefits compared with telephone terminal use:
- It can be integrated either with the company phone book or with a local one with screen popup features for incoming calls and speed dialing through a simple click on the phone book contact.
- Can be utilize both by sighted and sight-impaired operator, with windows zoom, Vocal Sinthesys and Braille Lilli display device additiona modules.
- There is a log with a list of the dialed numbers, calls received and missed with the call back feature.
- It has an easy graphical interface with functions access available also through keyboard function keys.
- It stores on DB the operator activities allowing to administrator evaluates the service level offered
- The telephone terminal can be held allowing a combined use of both PC and telephone, depending on the operator habits.
