  Attendant Console Solutions

  The Attendant Console solution on PC, designed by Telenia Software, emulates the operator phone functionalities.

  The Attendant Console on PC compared with the phone single use, offers the following benefits:

  • It's integrated either with the company PhoneBook or with a local PhoneBook to provide screen pop up feature for incoming calls and speed dialing feature through a click on contact.

  • Is usable both from sighted and sight-impaired operators with windows enlargement features for hypo users and with vocal synthesis and/or display Braille for blind users.

  • It offers a list of dialled, received and missed calls with a recall feature.

  • It has an easy graphic interface with functions accessible through the PC keyboard function keys.

  • Stores on DB the operator activities allowing the administrator to check the service level provided.

  • The phone can be maintained allowing a combined use of PC and phone on the strength of user habits.

  Compatibility and set features depends on PBX and phone model.

  For all versions it is possible activate the following Additional Modules:

  • Video enlargement Module for hypo sighted operators
  • Vocal Synthesis Module including Mixer device for hypo sighted or blind operators
