Who we are


Telenia Software is an Italian software house founded in  1994 that develops and markets through System Integrator Customer Interaction systems aimed at mid-size and large private and public companies: from the VoIP TVox Contact Center communication platform to the multi-vendor solutions of the TConsole for sighted or visually impaired operators, and TSam for the documentation of telephone charges and the monitoring of the TLC network. The organization and skills acquired allow Telenia Software to support its sales channels in all its sales and post sales processes: Design, Technical and Commercial Support, SW Customization, first or second level Help Desk; also 24H.
